We began our first Virtual offering with this segment, part 1 of 3 visual meditations directed and written by Rachel Lastimosa, filmed and edited by Bernardo Josué and Jaime Lebrija, animation by Flex Maxim Dalit.

Our next Visual Art Workshop will be Facilitated by Flex Maxim Dalit.

Through visual art, we’ll use symbolism and storytelling in activities that speak to our inner selves. Prior visual art experience is not necessary. Bring your sketchbook or journal and writing utensils.

AGASAN
In the Ilokano dialect means, “to heal or give medicine”; a multi-phase project that includes workshops and interactive offerings to address ancestral trauma.
Open to anyone, AGASAN is for those willing to explore creative pathways of healing: artists, workers, youth, elders, POC, LGBTQ, service providers and especially communities within the diaspora.

WORKSHOPS
Offered in a 3-part consecutive series or as individual workshops, each workshop within the series examines the intersection of wellness, being and the arts. Prior experience in the arts is not necessary. Its suggested to sign up for all 3 sessions.
